5 ★I've been using this app for almost 2 years and really satisfied with the service

1 ★As a user who used this app heavily for a long time I am uninstalling for another service. They dont seem to care much about the customer and support is terrible. I have had way too many problems that are simple but become difficult for the user. I cant eat dinner tonight after a 2 hour delay and cancellation with not even a simple apology. Do not use this app

5 ★I didnt try another app, but I am satisfied with this app already. Everything is in Korean, but it is quite easy to order via this app. One thing, it is quite difficult to get the discount coupon. I hope there is a banner for the discount coupon so that everyone can easily find it.

5 ★Easy to use! However, I sometimes wish that the drivers have a GPS tracker to tell you when the food is arriving because most times my food has arrived quickly and I haven't been able to answer the phone when the drivers call :(

1 ★Since update, add pops up at random moment. Clients service is bad and doesnt care. For non-korean speakers, no way to put in english. Stupid and useless app. Uninstall now. Go for Shuttle or Foodfly

3 ★Glad there's pay-by-cash-upon-delivery option as I cannot use a foreign credit card to pre-pay. Like other Korean apps it's a pain to verify so much information, etc. but that's across the board.

5 ★Once you get the hang of it it's actually a great app. Takes some practice and translating screen-shots but you get there eventually. All in all not bad

5 ★Easy to use. Haven't had any problems with my orders or deliveries. Requires basic understanding of Korean and payment apps, other than that, it's smooth sailing!

4 ★Simple to navigate when it's about ordering but without some English it can be hard to figure out any complicated actions such as the points system.

1 ★After some update it is imposible to pay directly to delivery guy. Because they make mistakes very often you loose a lote of time with chat support to got you money back. But in old app it was a delivery guy business, so they fixing a problem really quickly, ha ha

4 ★It's only in Korean, which would probably suck for foreigners here in Korea. Generally, it's a decent app that provides you with lots of coupons. PS: This app is one of the reasons I can't lose weight...
