1 ★Very bad experience, very very bad service by Reliance ResQ. I have brought Washing Machine and Window AC from Reliance Digital (GIP Mall Sector 18 Noida) and I live in Sector 1 Noida (Not Greater Noida). But every time when I call for service, they send person to Sector 1 Greater Noida and I tell to service person that my address is in Sector 1 Noida not Greater Noida. After 3 or 4 times they send person on correct address i.e. Sector 1 Noida. All are uneducated in Reliance. Very bad.
1 ★Requested for a service from the app no response from the team for more than a week Not able to raise a concern from contact us.
1 ★Worst experience.... 25 Feb I have created the request to repair & date is assigned as 7 March but no one approach us even after the date.....it looks like to eye wash they have created this app.....
3 ★My 6 Kg Kelvinator Front Load Fully Automatic Error Monitoring Washing Machine is not working properly. Still they are working on it because it is not working with all their best efforts. Hope they will complete the servicing without further delay and will make the Washing Machine function without problem.

1 ★I have booked a ac cleaning service on resQ app and the service man came 1day late from booked date also the equipment he came with have less professional. Like leaks in his watter cover of ac , don't have any gas refill container. After clean I got my room filled with watter. Before he leaves he did not clean the working area. The main thing to note is after I told him to please check my AC gas pressure he said "the ac have leakage detection we don't need to check any pressure". Not satisfied
