El segundo manual se llama “Guías de ejercicios para hacer en casa” y es una guía para que los niños con Hemofilia puedan realizar actividades en casa con materiales fáciles de conseguir siempre con las indicaciones de un médico de rehabilitación y/o fisioterapeuta.
Este manual muestra con dibujos fáciles los ejercicios que pueden realizar en casa y el número de repeticiones recomendadas.
Esta aplicación se desarrolló por un equipo multidisciplinario de hematólogos, ortopedistas, médicos en rehabilitación y fisioterapeutas pediatras del Hospital Infantil de México Federico Gómez y del Instituto Nacional de Pediatría.
