Prism Johnson Limited (Formerly Prism Cement Limited) is India's largest integrated Building Materials Company with a wide range from cement, ready-mixed concrete, tiles & bath products. The details include dealer details, counter details, cement and non-cement business indices along with margins, infrastructure available at dealer, brand wise customer satisfaction level, risk profile of the dealer and counter assessment. Moreover, for the counters which are in the non-cement business, the separate survey forms need to be made available to the field representative. At present, this task is carried out using paper-pen as a tool which
