Whats New:
This is a very early demo. In this release, the outage map, balance checking, newsfeed, contact page, automatic outage sensing, and outage reporting are functional. In order to not send bad information to KPLC, the outage reporting does not communicate with KPLC, although this functionality is present in the app. Bill payment and token purchasing are not yet functional. This code should be expected to crash infrequently and will be improving quickly over the next releases.
