1 ★Lots of errors when you subscribe. Also, In order for it to scan your photo, you have to be connected to the internet. Which means everytime you take a shot or upload a photo, this may or already sent also to the developers. Which means it may be collecting your information including the Referrer API which tells them when you open, hit a button, and closed the app..
2 ★Before the latest update I gave it 5 stars. It was totally worth the money considering what you'd pay for a photographer. But it just went really down hill and I'd say 90% of the backgrounds don't look good anymore. The lay-outs, backgrounds and placement of my objects look ridiculous. It was looking great with my pottery, now most is floating in the air and in awkward positions.
1 ★Used to have free or very cheap features but unfortunately the things I used to be able to access are now locked for pro users and the prices are much higher. There are lots of free, very good background erasers out there that are super easy to use. Now all I do is download free backgrounds from Google and use my own (free) photo editing tools. Totally not worth it. Such a shame that greed gets the best of these companies.
1 ★Price change 😡 The app was perfect for what I needed. It erased backgrounds and I was able to choose from a few neat backgrounds to make my photos look great. It was only $9.99 a month which was worth it for me but then the price jumped up to $4.99 a week or 89.99 per year and that just pissed me off. The unpaid version doesn't have many options for you to choose from. Therefore it forces you to pay for pro.
1 ★I subscribed on a trial period, I didn't really have enough time to play around with it but, It was impossible to cancel before the trial period. They already charged me a full year price. They didn't even respect the weekly period option I have chosen. I feel very disappointed and what is worse impossible to contact them. DON'T BUY IT
2 ★It says it's "#3 top free in photography." But only the most basic features are free. Everything that is free in the app comes standard on phones nowadays. I guess it's good if you're willing to pay and need it. I was just looking for something fun. Also, all the 5* reviews are obviously not actual users. A very sketchy way to get people to download.
1 ★The app is Not Free. It's not like it's advertised. There are no backgrounds to use on free part to warrant having this waste your storage/memory space. And even if you are willing to pay for the app, the transition between the object and the background is obvious. You're better off buying a piece of green screen fabric and doing it yourself or on some nice scarf or tablecloth and use tiktok/instagram filters.
1 ★Initial install has you select background removal, but then the app gets hung up on that feature throughout the rest of it. Selecting another editing tool does nothing to change it. Selecting a new photo does nothing. This is laughable. These reviews with anything higher than 1 star are fake or paid. Oh and pro is $89.99 A YEAR. Laughable.
1 ★This really pissed me off. There's so many functions and options to utilize to make some neat photos, but most EVERYTHING is locked for pro. I kept going round and round trying to erase parts of a photo and put some back in it, and it kept messing up, erasing most of the person and having to start all over! Maddening. Plus, like I said, VERY few ways to make a fun photo. Everything locked up. Pfft. Not cool. I test a TON of photo editing apps and it's too bad greed got in the way of a good app.
5 ★Highly impressed!! 100% worth it! I suggest the PRO version. There are so many different options. This app is going to save me so much time, versus erasing backgrounds myself. I haven't had to edit any of the pictures either like I usually have to with other apps - where the app removed items that weren't the background or didn't remove enough. I didn't have to adjust any lighting or bring out the backdrops, my white wall & table worked. DEFINITELY suggest trying this out! THANKS!
4 ★The most straight forward, easy-to-use background remover I've tried. Super easy to use. It removes complex backgrounds perfectly without subtracting from the focal point you want to keep. Adding a different background is easy, too. I knocked one star off because the paid version is (imo) extremely high, & because you cannot at least preview backgrounds from the premium version . I'm going to keep the free version and delete the other background erasers I have. Great app!
1 ★Most recent update makes this app unusable. They've removed the feature to add ANY sort of background other than a solid color unless you pay for premium (as well as other very basic features you would expect just from downloading the app). At its cheapest, premium is over $80/year!! I'm paying a third of that for Prequel, a photo editing app that has way more features. I completely understand paying for the use of an app's extras, but not $80 for the use of extremely basic features.
