The MFT Bodyteamwork app supports the MFT and TOGU test and training devices with MFT Balance sensors for better balance, coordination and stability for a healthy back, healthy joints and increased performance.Training goal:

For use with the Bodyteamwork app you need:
*MFT "Digital Line" training devices (MFT Challenge Disc, MFT Fit Disc 2.0, MFT Balance Sensor Sit Ball, MFT Balance Sensor Cushion) from MFT Bodyteamwork GmbH (https://www.mft-company.com) or
*TOGU training devices with the MFT Balance Sensor (TOGU Challenge Disc, TOGU Balance Sensor Dynair, TOGU Balance Sensor Powerball) (https://www.togu.de)
*a computer, a tablet, a smartphone that supports Bluetooth 4.0 (also known as "Bluetooth Low Energy")
