DemoMan uses some shiny brand new APIs in Android 5.0 Lollipop to find the apps you use the least, and shows them to you in a simple material-designed list, so that you can easily uninstall them with a single tap.
Unlike any other app on Google Play, DemoMan doesn't need to run for days to figure out which apps you actually use! It's much smarter than that!
Please note that prior to Android 5.0 app access was not tracked, so if you recently upgraded to Lollipop you won't have data for many apps.
