Mobilni osobni korisnički pretinac je osnovna e-usluga sustava e-Građani.Putem Vašeg Osobnog korisničkog pretinca, ukoliko imate važeći OIB, možete na siguran način korištenjem odgovarajuće vjerodajnice pregledati i upravljati porukama koje su upućene Vama od strane tijela državne uprave.
Pristup putem vjerodajnica za elektroničku identifikaciju osigurava da se samo određeni registrirani korisnik može prijaviti u Osobni korisnički pretinac. Za korištenje aplikacije je neophodna jedna od vjerodajnica koja je podržana od strane sustava NIAS (vjerodajnice se izdaju u Republici Hrvatskoj).

U slučaju krađe mobitela te pokušaja pristupa mobilnoj aplikaciji Osobnog korisničkog pretinca, unosom netočnih podataka pri prijavi blokira se korisničko ovlaštenje, čime je spriječen nepoželjan pristup.
