2 ★Bought the Nuki door opener, and after using it for 3 months, geofencing doesn't reliably work - despite latest opened FW, lastest mobile OS, battery saver deactivated and increased accuracy activated. The app itself is a UX nightmare: all settings are hidden away in the top left menu, 5 clicks deep. While the whole main screen just shows a 'U', with unlabeled left/right swipe actions, so I never know what direction does what. What's the designers intent here? Can not recommend.
4 ★The app works great. Controlling the lock, giving access to other people and viewing activity is all very user friendly. There's only one thing keeping it from 5 stars and that's performance/accuracy. When swapping between mobile and WiFi (like when you're coming home) the app sometimes fails, because of connection issues.
2 ★In general the app is OK but unlock now feature with geolocation doesn't work all time. Also you cannot lock/unlock nuki through alexa despite the fact that it is stated as compatible. Needs more tweaks on the accuracy of the lock/unlock automatically feature. The batteries die out without getting a notification for low battery
1 ★Complete waste of money. If I am to advise someone on smart lock, I would strongly advise against Nuki 2.0. 1. Smart unlock works 10% of the time. The other 90% it would either ignore you, or open too late (sometimes when you are not at home already) 2. Nuki lock is too weak to pull the latch out in some doors. You end up with "motor blocked" message. Using Nuki with Knob doesn't help. 3. App freezes and lags almost always. Calibrate your lock next to it? Ha-ha, "must be in Bluetooth range".
4 ★Excellent SmartLock and excellent app. The team keep on updating and adding new features regularly. Thanks for that. Two features request tho: 1. locking/unlocking notifications as per schedule (would make Nuki work like a security guard while I'm at work). 2. One time use Entry Code (should deactivate the entry code after first usage).
4 ★I like how easy the app is to use. The only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is that of some reason it does not always open automatically when I get home. It works like 1 time of 10 times, all the other 9 times I need to take out my phone to unlock the door.
5 ★Fantastic app. You can controll your apartment in distance from your phone. You can open the door ,change code or just view activity when you have guests. For the day rented apartments/home its perfect,you sent the code to the guest and he can go anytime and dont need to wait or meet him
4 ★the app offers many features, but i would wish one could access them a bit more intuitively. the integration with google assistant works brilliantly. however, i would like a more precise battery status.
5 ★Does exactly what it should. Only improvement I would recommend is, make it quicker/easier to get to the activity log. 1 year update - app now gets to activity log easier. Even changed phones and moved app and all access to new phone quite easily.
4 ★Once used to it the simple Nuki door opener for the apartment door, it works well. Big issue is that the new opener for the connection to the intercom system does not work with the more advanced (bus based) systems. So a key is still required.
5 ★I like the app and also the lock. I have the smart lock for 1 month or so and there were added improvements since then that for me it helped the auto unlock feature and so I am happy with the product I bought. thanks!
4 ★Great App but needs improvement. Door sensor beta should be made optional on auto lock on door closed. I like the door open status in my logs or display on app but do not need the auto door lock on closed feature.
