Shift_JIS 인코딩으로 저장된 일본어를 EUC-KR 환경에서 열면 "됄궸뛱궖궫궋궴럙궎"과 같이 뷁뷁거리는 문자로 나오는, 문자가 깨지는 현상이 발생하며, 그걸 뷁어라고 부르기도 합니다.그 깨진 일본어(뷁어)를 깨지기 전으로 되돌린 뒤 한국어로 번역하거나, 한국어를 일본어로 번역한 뒤 일부로 깨뜨려서 뷁어로 바꿔주는 앱입니다.
뷁어를 한국어로 바꾸는 버튼을 길게 누르면 일본어로 바뀌고, 한국어를 뷁어로 바꾸는 버튼을 길게 누르면 입력된 내용을 일본어라고 가정하고 뷁어로 바꿉니다.
