Description
In dit onderzoek maken we gebruik van een smartphone app, genaamd ’10 Years Up’ app. De app is beschikbaar in de Playstore of App store. Als je mee doet aan het onderzoek, vragen wij je om één keer per drie maanden via de app aan te geven welke doelen op dat moment voor jou gelden en hoe jij deze doelen wilt behalen. De app bestaat uit verschillende onderdelen:Over je doelen: hierin geef je eerst aan welke doelen voor jou gelden door verschillende doelen naar links (dit doel geldt niet voor mij) of rechts (dit doel geldt voor mij) te swipen. Daarna kies je welk van de gekozen doelen op dit moment het belangrijkste is. Tot slot beantwoord je een aantal vragen over hoe je over jouw belangrijkste doel denkt en welke dingen je doet om jouw belangrijkste doel te behalen.
Over jou: in dit onderdeel stellen wij iedere drie maanden een aantal vragen over je omgeving en persoonlijkheid. De vragen die we stellen gaan telkens over een ander onderwerp.
Tijdcapsule: de tijdcapsule is een soort schatkist waarin je brieven aan je toekomstige zelf kan sturen. Deze brieven kunnen over verschillende onderwerpen gaan, zoals dingen waar je trots op bent, je dromen voor de toekomst, plekken waar je nog naartoe wilt of een beschrijving van hoe je leven eruit gaat zien. Je mag zelf bepalen of je jouw schatkist na 1, 3, 5 of 10 jaar weer wilt openen. Als je jouw schatkist opent kun je terug kijken welke van jouw dromen en wensen zijn uitgekomen.
