4 ★Great customer service. Sorted an initially poor functioning shower with custome firmware. Mutch improved. Still a lot of improvement needed to be amazing. Custom pictures on routines needed. A bug on routines swapping valves around. Alexa integration not intuitive, rarly works. But willing to work with this company to provide feedback as I'm sure they will implement good suggestions.

2 ★So far this is pretty terrible. The app constantly freezes, it won't allow me to add additional users, setting a program is overly complicated. Needs more work considering the cost of the unit, makes the shower almost pointless and would make me think twice before buying from smartap again.

4 ★To those with naming issues. It's about where you press. A bug for sure but can be worked around. Click on only the right side of the blank space not the left or the "valve name" text. Also contact the company if you have presure issues they have other sets of firmware to help. Fixed my main issues.

1 ★Genuinely unable to set my shower valve up. Canny tap name on evalve without it just crashing and closing the app. Please sort bugs - don't fancy taking the thing back out altogether!

1 ★App crashes when I try name my new E-valve every time. Seeing as it's mandatory to do means I cant set up my system

1 ★Absolute garbage, it cannot be overstated how poor this app is. Frequentlyfails to recognise the e-valve, until i log out then log in again.Frequently fails to start any preferences. Probably the worst app of alltime, completely renders the smart shower pointless. Avoid...

4 ★It's nearly there. The e-valve is amazing and the app controls it really well but it could do with a few minor UI tweaks. How about the picture to accompany the preference being available from the gallery rather then some presets? Definitely a great system though!!
