Description
Perfect Profile is an easy-to-use profile manager, which provides more features and stability than competing Apps. With this app profiles with a lot of properties can be created and automatically activated via user defined rules. Widgets can be used to place profiles directly on the home screen. Furthermore profiles can be written to NFC tags. After touching the recorded NFC tag with your device the corresponding profile will be activated immediately.PROFILES contain properties, which will be set when the profile is activated. The following properties are supported:
- Set volume for ringtone, alarm, music, notification
- Set individual ringtone, notification and alarm sounds
- Enable/disable Wifi
- Enable/disable Bluetooth
- Enable/disable GPS (requires root permissions, as not officially supported by Android)
- Enable/disable airplane mode (requires root permissions, as not officially supported by Android)
- Enable/disable NFC (requires root permissions, as not officially supported by Android)
- Adjust screen brightness
- Set screen orientation (automatic, manual)
- Set screen timeout
- Change wallpaper
- Enable/disable synchronization
- Start another app
- Terminate another app (requires root permissions)
- Change vibration setting (not supported by all devices due to new Google policies)
- Enable/disable lock screen (requires that administrator rights are granted)
- Enable/disable car mode
- Control other apps (via intent actions)
RULES are triggered by user defined conditions and are used to activate profiles. The following rule conditions are supported:
- Point in time
- Period of time
- Location (defined by radio cell – no additional battery consumption)
- Wifi connection established/disconnected
- Bluetooth connection established/disconnected
- Battery level in specified range
- Connection to docking station established/removed
- AC adapter connected/disconnected
- Headset connected/disconnected
- Airplane mode enabled/disabled
- Screen turned on/off
- Mobile data enabled/disabled
- Restart of device
- Incoming call
- Incoming SMS
- Environmental brightness in specified range
- Calendar reminder active
- Certain velocity, e.g. movement faster than 30 kph
NFC tags can be used to store profiles. After writing a profile to a NFC tag the profile can be activated again by touching the tag with the Android device. Exclusive feature in this app!
WIDGETS can be placed on the home screen. With only one click on the widget the corresponding profile can be activated.
Perfect Profile is available as free trial version without advertisements but with some limitations. The trial version is mainly available to check if the App fits to the user’s needs and if it works fine with the Android device. There are a lot of different Android devices available thus is it not possible to validate the App with each hardware/software combination. An in-depth validation is recommended before upgrading to the full version, which has no limitations.
This App requires several permissions because system settings have to be read and changed by the programmatically. This app uses the Device Administrator permission.

4 ★Surely the Best, location profile manager... Excellent cell location manager (need some little more improvement in recording sectio). Easy to use, logical and intuitive. I use it on S5 with lollipop and it work good. You will need root for some rules but in other applications, even with root do not work... Suggestion: better widgets, if possible live widgets, for those of us who do not like notification bar option.
1 ★At best. This week it somehow forgot that I was a pro user and deleted all my profiles, rules and locations. UPDATE: uninstalling this app now. has been a waste of time. Too many bugs make it too frustrating to handle any longer.
4 ★Very complete, it works well on my Note3. On my Tab 4 t235 it's unable to unlink ringtone-notification volumes, as many other apps are also unable. The root possibilities are really useful: access to Airplane mode is a must on KK. I see only 1 issue: profiles don't stick after reboot, I must create a rule to allow to apply a profile at boot... Another hick is the lack of a IN CALL volume control.
4 ★Love the app. When the app I previously used became unavailable PerfectProfiles was the only decent replacement. It offers many options foractivating profiles and many options in the profiles themselves. The onlything I would like to see is a widget showing the current profile whichallows quick switching to other profiles.

3 ★Overall I like the app....seems glitchy tho. Lock mode working where it shouldn't and wallpapers are disappearing. Really wish I could be selective on what apps on each profile could be accessed and/or locked.

3 ★Just realized a major deficiency that might make this not work for me. I need alarm volume control. I like how uncomplicated this is compared to some other profilers. I would like for the profiles to be switched via shortcuts rather than widgets, though, for more customization on the home screen. Alternatively, the widgets could be more customizable. Another widget to show the active profile would also be very useful.
2 ★Some times it worked and more times it did not work. Simple rule at work when it seen the wifi to turn off all sound, that is all I wanted.
