Those feature were added:
* an optional style without the bold hour
* adjustable brightness
* battery status
* show current date
* show the next alarm if any
* show system notifications (Android 4.3+)

Older Android versions:
* show unread Gmail Notification (if you have any in your Inbox)
* show unread SMS Notification
* show missed call Notification

Android 4.2+
To enable go to Setings->Display->DayDream and select Clock plus. If you have it set in "when to daydream" menu and have your phone in the charger/dock it will not turn off its screen but displays this screensaver instead

* Option to hide the app icon on the Android 4.2+ launcher (after hiding it in the settings, click on the launcher icon again and it should say "App isn't installed" and the launcher icon should disappear. If it stays there, reboot your phone.)

Support for devices with Android 4.0-4.1
* you have to launch the app manually and it will start the screensaver after 30s of inactivity and will keep the screen on as long as the device is charging

Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

4 ★I've used this clock as a daydream for many devices, still do use it on my tablet. But every since the update, it doesn't start on my nexus 6 as a daydream I can open it, and start it from there, but no auto start.
5 ★Works Perfectly! This app works exactly as it says it will on my phone using Android 5.1 It is quite intuitive to set up and customize. The large (as in GIANT) clock display is great for those of us with poor eyesight. Congratulations to the engineer, Martin Pelant, for developing an app that is not only useful but functions perfectly.
5 ★Been using a long time on my gs5. Dimmed at night on wireless charger. I guess over time the heat and dim screen has caused the pwm that controls the brightness to start failing not the apps fault but a heads up to people with older phones like mine.
3 ★Horrible default font style though with bold hours. Display size could do with being scalable and with a choice of colours, we all like options! But overall ok. Not really better than the default clock DD setting though and you can't see the alarm time in grey when the brightness is dim.
4 ★When phone is unlocked first clock is displaying that's very nice. But it is not automatically done. We have to open the app and it should be always on the top of all apps. That's bad.
2 ★Odd behavior in Marshmallow - the clock constantly jumps around the screen. In Lollipop, the clock would move only once per minute.
1 ★Audio shuts off when it comes up now. Does not shut off when other daydream widgets activate. Sorry to have to stop using it I loved it!
5 ★Waited a long time for this kinda app. 5 star. No issues till now. Wil be awesome if it was like a screansaver as in nokia N series. And if some custom font and color are included best app it is. Overall I just luv tis app!
5 ★Looks good but I'm worried about my AMOLED screen. I need an app that takes this into account and moves the clock around every 30 seconds or what ever. Can we get this feature? Other than that I really like this app. *Edit* great it does do move around the screen. Easily 5 stars from me. Great app especially because I don't have a clock screensaver on my S6. Thank you dev.
2 ★Not bad. Has two noticeable bugs: 1) Phone won't ever sleep if no lockscreen is set and ClockPlus' force orientation is on          2) Sometimes the navigation bar (the one with the triangle, circle and square) is still visible. If you consider the navbar icons to remaiin static on the screen 8 hours per day, it's quite possible to damage the screen on the long run.
3 ★Doesn't really offer much than the stock clock app. Digital clock is still small; no option to make it as big as the screen (landscape mode). No option for fixed position; clock still annoyingly moves around the screen, sometimes even "out of it". The only reason I'll keep it is because it does offer to dim the brightness beyond the stock limit.
3 ★I struggled to get this to work automatically. With my security apps on the app wouldn't work. When I did manually apply the app, the phone would wake up and stop displaying the clock. App is probably good, but isn't working on my LG Optimus G Pro.
