My Mantra is designed to help you get there. In My Mantra you’ll create motivating mantras and inspirational photo boards to serve as reminders of what matters to you.This IntelliCare app is a member of a suite applications created for a Northwestern University research study investigating the effectiveness of smartphone-delivered interventions for treating depression and anxiety. This study has been approved by the Northwestern University Institutional Review Board (#STU00074405).
