1 ★Does not save passwords and is always difficult signing in...the whole app is horrible to navigate!

1 ★It's horrible on Android... the login, refreshing time is so long and also doesn't have fingerprint unlock on samsung phone?

1 ★As bad an app as possible. They 'updated' it now, former functions are unavailable, all entered data is lost. Very complicated password entry, you can't see what you're entering, and it's over-complicated, you don't need a high security password for a low security app. Very sad that companies are forced to use this lowest level app.

1 ★Reminds me of old fashioned MS-DOS style program. Needs to be dragged kicking and screaming into the future. Can't access messages using this on phone, been like that for at least 5 years. If my employer wasn't using this I wouldn't go anywhere near it. Maybe consider fingerprint sign on. 20 October 2020 Recently updated app yet STILL can't read notices using the app on phone! Sept 2021 Now be asked to check my internet connection when trying to use it!

2 ★Always a problem. No biometrics or fingerprint to stay logged in always changing the password because of error. And now it wont allow me to sign in after putting in password.

1 ★Nothing works properly in this app. It constantly asks me to change my password, but I can't change it to the previous one- WHY!?! Because of that I keep forgetting the password- just let people set any passwords they want. Also, it's design and anything inside looks like this app is very old and struggling to incorporate any new, easier ways of display etc. I have to use it at work, but as soon as I leave, I'll delete this app with the biggest pleasure in my life.
