3 ★been using for a week. works good, but could use some improvements. data and visualizations are useful. some problems so far: 1) app drains battery A LOT. 2) sometimes app can't connect to or calibrate the sensor, and then it eventually works after 3+ tries. 3) course selection is difficult and error prone 4) unable to compare my swing to pros as advertised 5) seems to ask me to sync my data frequently after I've already done it. 6) edit should be better, ie. if I have the wrong club selected.
4 ★I am pleased overall with this sensor. In my experience it is most useful as a tool to get the swing on plane and as a gauge for club speed. The other metrics and swing score are interesting but IMO not necessarily helpful, e.g., if I hit a thin shot with a higher clubhead speed and tempo closer to 3:1 I am "rewarded" with feedback of a higher swing score than a slower swing and "incorrect" tempo that results in a lower score but the feedback of the sound, feel, and flight of a well struck ball.
2 ★Bought it to help cure a slice. My hand plane and swing plane numbers are perfect on the device but my problem turned out to be an open club face. This device turns out to be useless for this problem. Compared data to trackman data and there is nothing on zepp that shows face angle. I would recommend spending the money on a few lessons rather than purchasing this device.
4 ★slowly getting to grip with the App, loads of data and aids to your swing which becomes more apparent the more you use it. Not easy to understand at first and no explanation s given. 2nd week using it and I can see the mistakes in my swing and my efforts to correct them. Onwards and Upwards :-)
1 ★Not working on my Android phone (Android 9), so really no use at all
1 ★Man I paid over 400 for this thing and it RARELY works.... Trouble connecting? Check! Trouble picking up swings? Check! Trouble calibrating? Check Disconnecting while less than 2 feet away? Oh you bet! Even tried it with my baseball bat....garbage worst 400 ever spent.
4 ★I got a Zepp sensor for Christmas and couldn't wait to try it out. I like how it works pretty seamlessly with my sensor and gives really accurate data. Can work on my swing in the house on cold days and not miss out. Great app.
2 ★Testing out to see if I would but a Zepp Golf tracker. Can't find a way to make my activity private, which is a huge oversight. Really liked the idea of the product and buying the sensor but without a privacy settings, that's a no go.
3 ★works well in tracking your swing path and gives you clues and videos on how to fix it... the video capture is hit & miss... after you look at your last swing you can't get back without starting again with the video settings... still a tough game though😆
5 ★great app. I use it for backyard practice. it's amazing how seeing the numbers related to one's swing helps to make adjustments. the instructional videos are great too. best thing is that the results are showing up at the course.
4 ★Great swing visualization tool. It helped knock my handicap from 20ish to 15ish several years ago. Picking up the game again I've got work to do on the swing. Gonna use Zepp to help. Looking forward to getting my 19ish back down a couple of notches.
