Aplikasi ini untuk memudahkan Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan mengecek data di Info GTK.Dengan menggunakan Aplikasi ini GTK hanya perlu mengklik akses pada salah satu menu yang ada di Home, kemudian laman Info GTK akan tampil.
Jika terdapat kesalahan data, silahkan lakukan perbaikan data di Dapodik kemudian Sinkronisasi ulang Dapodik Sekolah.
Cara Menggunakan Aplikasi Cek Info GTK:

1. Klik [ Akses ] pada salah satu pilihan yang ada pada menu Home
2. Setelah salah satu laman info GTK terbuka, cari form Login Validasi Data Guru
3. Masukkan NUPTK/NRG/NIK sebagai UserID
Masukkan tanggal lahir sebagai password dengan format penulisan YYYYMMDD di mana:
YYYY= tahun lahir 4 digit
MM = bulan 2 digit
DD = tanggal lahir
Contoh: Tanggal lahir 19 Desember 1977 maka cara menuliskannya ialah 19771219
4. Masukkan kode captcha yang berada di bawah password dengan benar, Kemudian klik tombol Login
5. Silahkan tunggu laman verifikasi data termuat dengan sempurna. Jika masih terdapat ketidaksesuaian data lembar info GTK dengan data asli maka lakukan pengecekan data di aplikasi dapodik, lakukan perbaikan data dan Sinkronisasi ulang Dapodik.
