1 ★Big mistake! Should be 0 stars! I needed a ride so I checked the app and it said the driver was 11 minutes away so I requested it. Immediately the app said the driver had arrived, I then tried to text the driver to see if this was correct. No response. I then tried to call the driver a few times and no one would answer. I then canceled the ride and was charged $5. I then sent an email to the company to dispute the charge and 2 days later I have yet to hear a response.

3 ★I'm trying to get a picture up but it fails to upload the one I select. Card was a hassle too. Just a few bugs needed work out.

3 ★Scanned my debit card, and while it read my card, it kept telling me my card was invalid when I attempted to apply it.

1 ★WORST APP EVER. Would have been stuck at the airport if it wasnt for Uber.

1 ★App has a number of questionable design decisions (forcing me to create a whole new login and password, for example), and the actual service costs more than a taxi.

1 ★Signed up, wanted to change my pw to something more secure later. Couldn't reset it in the app. Went to the reset password link. Didn't work, said my email was unrecognized. Signed up again. Added a credit card. Got a price check (which required my credit card info), and it was twice what Lyft charges. I uninstalled. Then I realized I should delete my credit card info. Now it doesn't recognize my username and PW again. Don't bother.
