نبض الحكومة هو قناة تواصل مبتكرة بين الجهات الحكومية والمواطنين حيث يتيح للمواطنين من خلال تطبيق واحد فقط أن يستقبلوا علي أجهزة الهواتف الذكية أي تنويهات و اشعارات من الجهات الحكومية عن جميع الخدمات الحكومية في مصر مثل فتح باب حجز في مشروعات الإسكان والوظائف الشاغرة والمناقصات الحكومية و نتائج الثانوية العامة وحملات السلع التموينية المخفضة وكذلك تنويهات انقطاع المياه أو الكهرباء عن بعض المناطق أو غلق بعض الشوارع و المحاور علي سبيل المثال.كما يتيح التطبيق للمواطنين ارسال الشكاوي و البلاغات و الطلبات للجهات الحكومية المختلفة و متابعتها عن طريق التطبيق.
يمكن للمواطن الدخول أيضا علي الصفحات الخاصة بكل جهة حكومية لمتابعة أخبار الجهة أو الإطلاع علي معلومات عنها أو استخدام محرك البحث للوصول الي معلومات أو نماذج خاصة بالخدمات التي تقدمها الجهة الحكومية و ذلك فقط عن طريق تغيير الجهة في قائمة الإعدادات من خلال نفس التطبيق.
ومن الخدمات المبتكرة في التطبيق هو إمكانية التواصل مع الجهات الحكومية عن طريق المحادثة المباشرة (Live Chat).
