We remain a popular lunch spot and our Eat-In and Takeaway specials are very popular. We open until 10pm daily and are a wonderful spot for a casual meal.
Michie Sushi started as a small Take Away and Catering shop down at the bottom of Chelmsford Lane, Ranelagh in 2007. We added Deliveries and a Restaurant to our Ranelagh Branch. Over the years, our brand has grown, we opened a restaurant in Dun Laoghaire and another one in Sandyford. We have also teamed up with Avoca and have two sushi bars; one in Avoca Rathcoole and one in Avoca Kilmacanogue. Despite this rapid growth, we are still a family run restaurant at heart. The word “Michie” means “filled with smiles and laughter” in Japanese. Michel chose this name as it resembles his own and has a wonderful meaning.
It brings us great joy when a customer approaches us and says “Thank you, that was delicious”. Here at Michie Sushi, we only want the very best in quality and satisfaction for you.
