Nei primi anni ho lavorato nelle palestre classiche e anche come Personal trainer, ma queste metodologie non mi piacevano. Nelle palestre classiche puntano a prendere tantissimi clienti, con la scusa di un prezzo quasi regalato, ma poi fanno fatica ad aiutarti nei tuoi allenamenti. Al contrario, il personal trainer ti segue in ogni passo dell'allenamento e oltre, ma viene a costare molto di più. Il mio sogno era quello di creare un posto in cui ci si potesse allenare al meglio seguiti da un professionista, con un prezzo accessibile a tutti. Abbiamo inventato un posto a metà fra la palestra e il personal trainer: LUDUS.Ludus è il nome dove si allenavano i gladiatori. Loro erano schiavi che combattevano per cambiare la loro vita. Al giorno d’oggi siamo schiavi del nostro corpo, delle nostre paure, e della sedentarietà, ma, come i gladiatori, vorrei che tutti possano migliorare la propria vita, vincendo le proprie battaglie. Ognuno ha la propria sfida. Alcuni vorrebbero smettere di avere il mal di schiena, altri di migliorare nel proprio sport. Qualcuno vorrebbe portare la spesa a casa senza fatica, altri migliorare il proprio corpo, oppure riuscire a sollevare ancora il proprio nipote. Il Ludus è questo. Ti alleneremo al meglio per battere le tue sfide e ottenere la libertà.
