Práctica aplicación del Código Genético con la que puedes traducir el ARNm codón a codón, de la forma tradicional o en automático.Esta aplicación incluye un diagrama circular del Código Genético, que es una forma de representación mucho más manejable que la tabla rectangular tradicional.
Cuando se accede a la página que contiene la imagen del código, se observa el Código Genético en su totalidad pero luego se puede hacer ZOOM para ver detalles de los sectores del mismo.
También la aplicación Código Genético te permite traducir automáticamente los codones (eso sí, uno a la vez)
También puedes hacer una búsqueda inversa, colocando el nombre del aminoácido (o las abreviaturas) y te devolverá el o los codones que lo codifican.
La aplicacón Código Genético también inluye información de cada aminoácido, como la estructura química y los pK.
