1 ★Registered and was able to use the app for the first week. Now username or password is incorrect. Changed password but still wont allow me to log in. Changed again, still wont let me log in. Tried to re register but e mail is already registered! When i could get in, couldn't watch matches as dont live in the right area for playback. Pointless if you cant log in, or when you do you cant watch the content
1 ★Not able to login. App is showing incorrect password although it is 100% correct. Rechecked many times.
1 ★Stream quality is low, rotating your phone causes the screen to go wild with rotations. No option to broadcast to TV or laptop so watching with friends is not possible unless everyone is looking at one phone. Right now the stream is not even working and in general the app is really slow. Honestly I am quite disappointed that after a perfectly functioning online platform (fih.live) we are now forced to download this app with barely works. Expected more after all the hype that was created 😢😢
1 ★Living in Canada, I'm unable to watch any matches live or replayed. The previous app, FIH Live allowed me to watch games. I was looking forward to watching the end of the 2020 season, but I can't. There is no other means of watching full matches (especially live matches!) in North America, as YouTube only offers highlights.
4 ★Access to some hockey. There are complaints here about not seeing all matches, but honestly FIH and Instagram are the only places I've found ANY hockey. It's free, so I'm not complaining. I'm happy to watch something. My only gripe is that I can't seem to watch in landscape for the voting.
1 ★I am unable to login after creating account. Even it is not allowing me to reset the password. It's blank page, when I select password reset.
1 ★I have registered. First time I tried to log in it said invalid email or password. I tried to register again and my email had been registered already of course, so I reset the password and the same thing happened. So neither password worked and I still can't watch the hockey...
1 ★After I registered, I couldn't log in. I was getting incorrect password, so I changed my password and tried again. I got the registration confirmation email but still I couldn't login in. I tried using another email and registering but the end results were the same.
1 ★Always come up with a playback error when I try and watch a live match and or any other footage. But as of today it has decided to just not load anything apart from 1 line of past matches. Not ideal, all I want to do is watch some GB hockey
1 ★What the hell is going with password and email address ? I tried nearly hundred times but failed to register. Login failed everytime just saying invalid email address and password. Developer need to fix this problem otherwise people will throw this app into bin.
1 ★After downloading and logging in no problem I was happily watching all the previous matches I had missed. Now that the new games are being played I can't watch any of the GB games in my country (uk) as they are being played live on BT sport. What is the point in this app if I cant watch the hockey I signed up to watch?
3 ★I have done forgot password 3 times and every time i change the password and login with the new password it still says incorrect. Dont know why but i cant login even after resetting the password
