Description
FOOTSCRAY LIVE is a radio station that will broadcast to its community, and across Australia and the world, between December 2019 and February 2020. It will be airing radio shows 24 hours-a-day, co-hosted and managed, by the NEXT GEN radio stars from Footscray City College.Students will be commercial radio trained and will work in media teams to present, produce, and promote their radio programs, to a local and global audience. As part of their work they will organise interviews with high profile guests in the west of Melbourne, conduct round-table youth forums discussing important issues that affect their community, and produce entertaining and informative radio shows that their listeners will love.
