Description

This app is unique in that it shows you interactively the position of the center of gravity of an airplane within its envelope as you manipulate its loading through a set of sliders. The graph shows the center of gravity at the beginning of the flight, at the end of the flight and with full tanks. You get a clear warning in case of overloading, if at any point during the flight the center of gravity exits the envelope, or if the quantity of fuel is less than the hourly consumption at the end of the flight.
You can enter the parameters of up to 20 aircraft and you can specify 4 loading presets, making this the most rapid app to balance your aircraft before your flight.

5 ★Great app. I was able to modify one of the templates to match my plane's weight and balance data. Oil is maxed out at 12 qts, which is bad for my twin. Remove that restriction and it's perfect. UPDATE: Thanks for fixing that. Now it IS perfect.

5 ★This is a wonderful app. You simply enter the six points that define your envelope then enter the stations for oil, passengers and luggage together with your empty weight and moment and you're all set with your individual airplane. For flight planning, sliders are used to set weights. Easy and accurate.

2 ★My Cessna 182T has three luggage stations. This program will only allow two, leaving me with an inaccurate weight and balance.

5 ★Love this app, especially the dynamic view when adjusting parameters.

4 ★I love seeing how the CG shifts with various inputs. Slick. A useful tool for visualizing how to load up the airframe in different scenarios. However I would back up calculations the old fashioned way. Lots of spelling errors doesn't instill confidence for the accuracy of the calculations. Run a spell check. I have text set larger and I believe the rendering is screwed up as a result. Also, you can't remove some aircraft examples.

3 ★Nice update. Now the save button doesn't work anywhere, meaning I can'talter anything. Wind calculator doesn't have anywhere to input thewindspeed, therefore useless.
