- if your app version is 1.0.3 and phone is android 10, after upgrade app to 1.0.4, can't search or connect with bluetooth, please uninstall the app and reinstall the 1.0.4 or 1.0.5. 1 ★It is confusing and very poorly developed. Worked a few times and then couldn't complete continue after making wifi connection. Keeps asking for wifi connectivity when it has it. Customer service is embarrassing as they use poorly written scripts that they cut and paste into emails. They pasted the same sentence twice in the same message on different occasions. That's just poor work ethic and shows a lack of effort. I'm going to return the campark camera and uninstall the app.

1 ★Not worth it . Nothing but issues with this app for Android S7 . Wish they would do an update and fix all the bugs , so people will be able to use it .
2 ★Sadly this app needs work! I was thinking (not 🙄) that WiFi was the same as "internet" connection, but it isn't! I wanted to use it to watch my nocturnal opossum and her babies. Trying to link with my router 12 feet away, I finally realized that the app does not work that way! Select the app, select Bluetooth, select the camera, go to your WiFi, wait for the camera to show up then select it, then go back to the app! Not sure why the camera won't link directly to the router! 🤔
1 ★This app just sucks. There's no way to see an individual photo or video in the app; whatever you want to see has to be downloaded first. The thumbnails are far too small to see much of anything, so, if you're looking for a specific thing in your pictures, you'll need to download them all. Beyond that, the app is slow and quirky. Even for free, this app is hardly worth the trouble it is to use.
2 ★The app is functional, but has bugs that make things harder to use at times. The wifi often disconnects during transfer. The inability to scroll or swipe to your next image is also annoying. "Select all" only selects images currently on the screen, not all in the card or folder. This adds more steps for wifi transfers. You cannot select a folder to save images to. I rather save them to a SD card. If it has been days since a transfer just swap the card with a new one, it's easier.
1 ★Basic functionality, if it's working. It allows to download pictures via a wifi hotspot opened by the device itself. The wifi is switched on via bluetooth. But this is broken now as it ceased to connect via bluetooth. Made me sending back the hardware as well.
1 ★Works on a rare occasion, doesnt connect to the device, locks the device, image on phone when it does work is solerized and has even turned my phone display negative.
5 ★Great little app. The trailcam signal is not too keen at travelling through 2 layers of double glazing but it does work if you keep to 3 metres or less distance from the camera.
