1 ★Being from Canada and wanting to use this software for my business just to find out it still after 2 years still has no Quickbooks Online integration for Canada. Makes it kinda of useless software. Plus the fact they block you on Facebook for asking a simple question.

5 ★Great experience with the customer service rep. they guided and trained me all I needed to know to start Houzz. Very easy to use and fast results. Definitely recommend to use this program.

1 ★Unusable. Worked once. Every attempt to open (20+) just gives a white screen or white screen blue dots. Have to reinstall to make it open once, then we repeat again....

1 ★Tried canceling several times and am told this is not allowed. I never use this app at all, maybe a couple of times within the trial period. I have sent emails and made phone calls. I want my money back.

5 ★We joined because Houzz for 2 main reasons 1. We can give the option to accept debit/credit cards at a fraction of the cost of what others charge. 2. Design software However, the leads have beat our expectations. Even if we haven't gotten the contract - they've been good, solid leads.

3 ★This app works sometimes and won't work other times. Not sure what to make of this app. I hope they work on Android version. Cuz the current version on Android is useless.

1 ★No matter how many times I have emailed my "contact person" he won't answer me back when I tell him multiple times I need to cancel. I have searched and searched and I don't have any of the options to cancel from what the help option shows.

3 ★I like this platform but I really wish the app included the other items from the platform. It's not very usable for the field when it comes to billing or room boards.

5 ★So far so good! Just signed up and gained my first project lead on the second day! Results like this will keep me partnered with Houzz! Learning a new layout and format of lead managment is challenging but worth it I believe!

1 ★This company shouldn't be allowed to do what they're doing to hard working men and women at a time like this when jobs and money are scarce for the self employed. I wouldn't use this app. They're completely misleading you into a year's contract that you can't get out of. Be prepared to deal with horrible customer service. The app itself is not a good one. I've been trying for 3 months in a row now to get someone to even speak to me about canceling. Still nothing. So good luck guys.

5 ★The team at Houzz is dedicated to their clients and their products. They have been great at following up, answering questions, and listening to the client's needs. They're continually making improvements in order to offer the best products possible!

1 ★My experience with Houzz has been horrible. They don't provide the service they say they do, and for not providing a service, they hold you hostage in a contract. Littleraly paying for nothing now.
