To begin using the CO-OP Taxi application today:
• Download the free app
• Create an account (Email, Name, Phone #)
• Validate your account (via the confirmation SMS you receive)
• Login to the app
• Enter your pick-up address
• Enter your destination address (this allows us to provide an estimated fare amount)
• Book your trip (reservations can be immediate or for a future time/date)
On booking a reservation, you will immediately receive a confirmation number, along with an update when your vehicle has been assigned. From here you can monitor the progress of your vehicle as it moves towards your pick-up location.
The CO-OP Taxi application retains a history of your previous reservations (up to 30
days) for expense management and to quickly rebook the same trip with the push of a button. You may also create a list of favourite locations (Home, Work, etc.) to speed the booking process.
You can also customize your orders by selecting the number of passengers, preferred vehicle type, and preferred method of payment. These preferences can be saved to your account profile for future bookings.

4 ★Usually great service and friendly drivers. Occasionally there's the ignorant drivers that will drive away because you're not standing outside waiting for them, but for the most part, they're pretty good.
5 ★Got charged 20 bucks twice for two rides that only cost 12-13 bucks each. They refunded the charges and charged the proper amount without me even having to ask even though it's been a few days since then. Thanks for being an honorable taxi company and not scamming me for 40 bucks aha
1 ★Just tried it again. Still a POS app. Cannot even verify number, keeps reverting to the verification screen. Coop, you lost a 20 year customer due to this malware of an app.
3 ★Even with destination already in app it went through to disbatch as a different address resulting in an increased charge. Driver contacted disbatch and corrected error and charge quickly
3 ★It would be better if the location (gps) worked it doesnt recognize my home address and the driver doesnt always look at the comments if I type it in in comment section so sometimes.es the cab doesnt arrive but good app if u don't want to talk to a dispatcher
1 ★Horrible app!! It would not even open. Everytime I tried it would just punt me out to my home screen. It is as bad as their website which doesn't work either. How this company stays in business is quite beyond me...........
2 ★Whilst the app gets a car to your door, the map and incoming driver details are wrong, and the app has a habit of sending you notifications of your incoming driver around 2 hours after the trip is over. The app has a lot of flaws.
3 ★Is often sending cabs to the wrong address sometimes a few houses away, sometimes a few blocks away. No option to input a perm home address which could help prevent this mistake in GPS location.
1 ★Everytime I request for a ride, the drivers decide to pick someone else up. They don't confirm the user who's requesting for the service. So, what's the point to request by the app if the drivers don't care about the users?
5 ★This app makes ordering a taxi alot easier than calling. Well done and organized, I can save the addresses that I frequently go to, that is a big help. Thanks and keep up the good work.
2 ★$14 fixed price for a 5 minute ride?! Why can I not change this? It always assumes I'll be with three other people... as it seems. One person for five minutes should NOT be "fixed" at $14. Until that issue is fixed, I'd reccommend avoiding the app. Just call them.
1 ★Why does a taxi app require access to my pictures, music and media folders? If you deny access to your media, it refuses to load. Allow it and it crashes randomly. Avoid this app.
