5 ★Let me tell you a few things about this device it's equivalent or better than all brands even better then buying name brand super expensive I use it for the last 2 years few hiccup the electricity in Thailand very bad sockets shut down and I saw that I lost I was super upset and frustrated nothing worked but as soon as I left Thailand plugged into the Jack another country and boom was working like a champ readjusted or calibrated for me better than the super trust on the traveller and backpacr

1 ★Why cant i change the resolution settings? I can see nothing every time i try to change it from 1080p 30fps.

3 ★App freezes, initial start you have to wait or skip ads, when you pause recording and go back it will not initiate.

2 ★I cant download the image & video to my phone from my pocket, it is only for viewing.. if i clicked the download button, it is always automatically disconnect my pocket from the phone..

1 ★Starting the app pops up a dialogue entirely in Chinese. I don't understand Chinese. Totally worthless.

1 ★There is a barrier to entry to the app. Requires agreeing to a privacy policy that is written in Chinese(?). Perhaps in an English speaking market it would be helpful to have the privacy policy written in English?
