1 ★Works when it wants. Very hit and miss and not very user friendly. Especially when a large amount of users are not tech savvy and are being pushed in this paperless direction. I'm about to reinstall the app once again as it once again won't work.

3 ★Please swap the 'Continue' and 'Back' button locations for when setting the username. It takes several attempts to proceed as the most common order is opposite to yours. It would also be great if you would consider making other key features ie 'My Actions', app specific instead of web links. I would assume the whole point of your app is to make the platform easier to use but for a mobile user like myself, there is limited benefit gained from the features the app provides.

1 ★App doesn't recognise my user name from phone, Galaxy S10, but can access skytrust from email via the phone, so Dumped the app.
