Il s'agit d'une application mobile d'éducation et de formation des jeunes à une citoyenneté active et responsable.
Elle permet à chaque utilisateur de s'informer sur les notions de citoyenneté numérique, participation citoyenne et redevabilité.
Cette application donne aussi la possibilité à l'utilisateur d'évaluation ses connaissances au moyen d'un Quiz et de recevoir une attestation personnalisé au cas où il totalise un score de 70%.
Outre le volet formation, l'application permet à tout utilisation d'initier ou de participer à un débat citoyen, une mobilisation citoyenne et même d'envoyer un message à ses élus. Ce deuxième volet est encore en cours de développement.
