3.「登錄案件」點選GO，提供案件內容填寫、上傳附件、定位等功能，快速陳報案件。
4.「案件查詢」可輸入成案之案件編號及密碼查詢案件處理狀態。
5.「台北卡3.0會員」登入後有我的案件之功能，可顯示所有登錄過之案件的處理情形及狀態；且會員登錄狀態可於登案時快速帶入個資，及免除非會員需案件須確認之步驟，快速登錄案件。
