Description
Com a proposta de simplificar e automatizar a aferição de presença nos eventos, o aplicativo foi desenvolvido para ser uma extensão do sistema que gerencia as atividades de extensão e cultura (SIEC) na Universidade Federal de Goiás.As atividades cadastradas no sistema, requerem um registro de presença do participante no evento para contabilização das horas de participação que serão registradas no certificado, gerado e gerenciado pelo SIEC, podem contar com esse aplicativo. Ao cadastrar as atividades no SIEC, o coordenador do evento tem a opção de gerar um código que será lido pelo aplicativo, e dessa forma, essa atividade estará disponível dentro do período estipulado no cadastro, para aferir a presença dos participantes no evento. Cada participante, ao se inscrever no evento, recebe um crachá que também
conterá seu código bidimensional identificador e ao participar da atividade, a coordenação do evento utiliza o dispositivo(celular) com o aplicativo SIEC Móvel instalado para aferir e registrar a presença desse participante no evento.
