Let us choose the quality as well as keep auto function on mobile devices 2. when we play the video next time plz make it start from where we left off 3. plz allow us to bookmark or watch later function 4. Add more collection of matches right away like atleast for last 6 seasons especially champions league

1 ★I live on the other side of the world and can't watch live games at 3 or 4am. It would be nice if once I'm able to watch to actually just watch it and not have to wait till your ready to make it available for us to watch. After all I am PAYING for this lack of service.

3 ★Screen stay on while casting on other devices u can't can't cast at all, White line at bottom of screen in full screen mode needs removing why this can't cast & run in bk ground is beyond me, When casting watched full match crashed twice & restarted frm beginning apart frm that picture quality is excellent

1 ★Still no proper chromecast support so therefore worse then using chrome web browser. Seriously Liverpool, who ever made this app is losing you customer's. It's awful and a great leap backwards compared to the last app. So to sum it up, there is no proper chromecast support and no AndroidTV/FireTV support. Uninstalled and cancelling my membership.

2 ★The app is good if it works, but it has a 50% chance no working. It says "it appears that you have no network" even though I am.connected to wifi.

1 ★The content is great, but the app is very poor, which is a shame. The casting never seems to work and needs to be improved. If it's not unfortunately I'll have to cancel my subscription as it's useless as is.

2 ★Nice design. However, impossible to use it unless I'm connected to the Wi-fi. Checked settings and made sure connection only via wi-fi is unchecked. Still can't use it via a data connection.

2 ★Recently updated and now has both Chromecast and overall stability issues on Androud devices. Too many videos in standard definition. C'mon Reds, lets have a streaming service befitting our great club!!!

1 ★Rubbish, am a paid up member with login and password etc. However it wont log me in, and reset password option that sends you an email also doesnt work, as it doesnt send an email. Utter waste of time if unable to get in it, or the support. PANTS

1 ★Fed up. App was working fine last week, and now it's stopped working. Keeps telling me I'm offline when I'm clearly not. Wasting my free trial.

1 ★App looks nice but videos keep restarting when using Chromecast so I am unable to watch anything. Also, the app keeps crashing and giving me an error when re-opening

4 ★Great library of videos which are very easy to browse. Deducting one star as the actual media player is lacking controls to skip back and forward.
