Si accede sin certificado digital podrá cumplimentar un formulario de solicitud de modo que el informe le será remitido por correo postal.
A tener en cuenta
En caso de observar alguna incidencia en los datos contenidos en el informe, puede comunicarla accediendo al servicio Solicitud de rectificación informe de vida laboral.
Si accede sin certificado digital todos los datos introducidos en el formulario deben coincidir con los existentes en la base de datos de la Tesorería General de la Seguridad Social. Si no son coincidentes, no se enviará el informe.

Si accede sin certificado digital y una vez cumplimentado el formulario, obtendrá un número de referencia, que servirá para consultar el estado de la petición.
La información del estado de la petición cursada se recibirá a través de un correo electrónico.
Transcurridas 24 horas de la recepción del correo informativo, se podrá acceder al servicio Consulta de estado de solicitud de informes.
