Speed meter app will let you inform or alert when you reach to alert speed which you set for your self. App setting is very simple, just open app, set Alert speed and Top speed value.Alert speed will alert you when you are exceeding speed value. Top value is the highest speed value which should not exceed, and once you reach to that speed your phone will automatically be control.
