*Please note that this App will only work for parents with children enrolled at childcare centers who use Sandbox Software, and who have the Sandbox Parent Portal enabled.

The Sandbox Parent App is the easiest way to stay connected with your child care provider. Use the Parent App to communicate directly with teachers in the classrooms as well as centre administrators, and to keep track of your child's daily activities and their milestone moments as they happen. Push notifications ensure that you’ll never miss a moment. You can also pay invoices online and update your child’s information as necessary.

Sandbox Parent App enables parents to:
- View pictures and updates of their children through the Newsfeed and Daily Logs section
- Communicate directly to the center administrator as well as teachers in their children's classes
- View invoices & tax receipts
- Pay invoices and outstanding balances
- Generate statements
- Manage payment cards
- Manage their child’s information, photos, medical information and upload attachments
- View their child’s class and schedule enrollments

1 ★This app is terrible, their website is terrible too. They changed the format with no warning and it took my daycare provider and I 2+ hours to figure out why I wasn't seeing logs. If you're considering a childcare provider that uses this, put this app in your 'cons' list.

1 ★I have not been able to view anything during the day ever since the update. Keep getting the error msg there was a problem with this request despite uninstalling and reinstalling the app several times

1 ★Terrible. Can't even get the settings open up. The check in and check out doesn't work properly either- i don't even know if my child is in or not. Super glitchy.

1 ★Constantly uninstalling and reinstalling so I can enter billing information. I cant get Settings to open and cant get my accounts verified or add a card. So far, its awful, I have to uninstall and reinstall to make one tiny change. I'm on my 4th uninstall and reinstall and still cant get to the Settings page. Is ther an incompatibility with Android?!

3 ★It seems that the newest update does not support large photos in the newsfeed. The photos seem to be kind of cropped and small.

2 ★Can't do key things in app like view calendar. Can't pay be echeck on app. Can pay partial balance on on phone app, but *can't* on desktop. When you try to enter a different number to oay on app, you have to enter amount in backwards. And can't input zeroes!

5 ★Seems just fine. News feed, messages, and billing work well.

3 ★It's a decent app but it's missing the calendar function that is available through the parent portal. If it had the calendar available so I could take my child out of the program for the day I would rate much higher.

5 ★Very intuitive and simple to use app! love the newsfeed feature. Just make sure to check with your daycare first if they use the program because it doesn't work on its own.

3 ★I cannot figure out how to access the calendar functions. As this is the main reason I use the parent portal without it it sort of defeats the purpose.

4 ★It is great for schools, but I can no longer see my daily logs. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. not sure what to do.
