This Quick Flashlight app requires service to run in the background to intercept PHYSICAL VOLUME BUTTON KEY presses. Since a normal 'Service' cannot intercept Hardware Key presses, an 'Accessibility Service' is needed for this purpose. It does not do anything apart from intercepting Volume Key presses!
Moreover, the App doesn't have 'Internet Permission' hence it can't send any user data to anyone.
With help from Flashlight Quick, you just have to start the flashlight by pressing the Volume UP button two times in a second.
