Pension Calculator is developed for the Central Govt. Officers and Staffs working in Central Govt to workout the provisional pension benefits such as Qualifying Service, Pension Amount, Commutation of Pension and Gratuity Amount reference to the CCS Pension Rules 1972 specially designed for 7th CPC.This app is the assistance to workout the following provisional pension benefits for Officers & Staff working in Central Government ::
i) Qualifying Service - Just entering the date of Appointment and Date of Retirement, the Period of Qualifying Service can be obtained, . Other features : a) Benefits restricted to QS less than 5 years & more than 33 years, (b) Rounding of Q.S. of more than 3 months into a completed six monthly period applies..
ii) Pension Amount - Based on the Basic pay and DA percentage that have been entered , the benefit of the pension can be obtained with the conditions such as (i) less than Q.S. has been restricted (b) Pension not less than Rs. 9000 and maximum Rs. 1,25,000/-.
iii) Gratuity Amount - Based on the period of Qualifying service and the pension entitlements the Gratuity Amount can be obtained, reference to 7th CPC. Maximum restricted to Rs. 20,00,000/-.
iv) Commutation of pension - Based on the above (i) and (ii), the overall benefit of commutation can be obtained. (a) Designed to select the age next birthday to calculate the commutation factor of value,
