1 ★Cannot log in at all! No technical assistance at all. Even their staffs have no idea what to do. Very disappointing!

1 ★Downloaded the app to try. App works but still need manual input through store's ipad. It would make more sense to enable direct order through the app or auto-update of points through h/p synchronisation. I placed 2 separate orders but the staff at Pasir Ris informed me that I can only earn points for 1 entry. So, since she already helped me with the first entry, my 2nd order and payment could not be entered. This doesn't make sense at all unless Keisuke only allows customer to eat 1x/day.

1 ★who forced you guys to release the app in this state?

1 ★Decided to give it a shot despite the poor reviews. Turns out it doesnt work. When i press login signup, it asks me to type in email. When i do. It says it's already registered, but doesnt give me an option to login. Furthermore, it states birthdate as optional but when you try to proceed without it, it gives you an error message. Keisuke management i hope you read these reviews, just close the app down and redo.
