1 ★VERY USER-UNFRIENDLY I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT AN SN IS. THEN WHEN I TRIED TO ENTER THE SN, IT WAS INACTIVE. WHO DESIGNS THESE?!

2 ★I...don't understand. I mean, the Android app is bad, but why does this product exist? It only works on Bluetooth, which means you need to be near it. I wanted a "smart" hygrometer so I can check the humidity of my reptile's tank while I'm gone from home. If I only wanted to see it when I'm home, I'd just rely on the $4 hygrometer I already had.

1 ★EDIT June 11, 2018: Dropped down to 1 star. Contrary to statements by themfg, I have been unsuccessful in attaching this sensor to more than onecell phone at a time. Can't be certain if it's the app or the sensor thatcauses the problem. While the app does record data points, it does exactlynothing more than that. There is not even a menu bar or one single optionto help you understand that this app does nothing! Unfortunately it willdrop connection with the device at least 2 times per day. During that timeit is not recording any data points... I have been unable to determine howmany data points are stored on the device, but I'm inclined to believe theanswer is 0 Original Review: I don't believe there can be any more basicapp. The biggest problem is that the graph feature has no user settings.The resolution (Max & minimum) for temperature and humidity cannot bechanged... Considering they are overlaid, one on the other, the graph linesare essentially parallel - regardless of temperature and or humiditychange. They move very little because the Max temp & min temp range is sowide.

1 ★Absolute garbage. App is sh it, product is sh it. App will not connect unless unknown"sn" is input, and product will not close if you have normal hand size. Recommended only for those with hands the size of elves.

1 ★App doesn't connect to the Candy Smart Hygrothermograph. If you can't select a serial number, you can't use the device or app at all.
