1 ★10/24/24. Still wont connect. Maybe 1 of 200 attemps. Terrible app doesn't work takes forever to connect and sync changes dont take the first time have to repeat the changes over and over for it to accept the change in programming half the time app just locks up. There really needs to be an update to fix the problems Customer calls with a broken head i turn the zone off in the app until i can get out there to fix it and the zone still runs and floods a bed or a sidewalk

1 ★Poor interface. Slow loading and tends to get locked up. Doesn't provide time remaining in zone in the app.

3 ★Worked fine BEFORE update , will not sync now. Do not buy pro ex until they until Krain fixes the update. I have given them over a week to return my call. Update: krain solved issues. Thanks

1 ★Crashes every other time you open it. Syncing takes FOREVER or sometimes just won't sync. This app and wireless syncing need a major overhaul to be useful. Would not recommend purchasing anything from k rain until this is addressed.

3 ★The app is just not....... mature but when it works, it works well. App always takes almost two minutes to connect with the controller. In the grand scheme, what's two minutes, right? But in today's always-on/always-connected set of expectations, this is inexcusable. App will almost always freeze the second time I open it. I'll get the splash screen and I can't even get my soft buttons to appear so I can get back to my home screen or get to the currently-running apps to force close the app.

1 ★Crashes often, takes forever to sync each time it's opened, app restarts if you switch to another app while using it, slow to manually turn zones on/off, and lacks common features found in competitor apps like usage analytics. All around a frustrating experience with a horribly designed UI.
