2 ★Ive had this hohem gimbal for a while now and originally it worked ok with the occasional drop off from the bluetooth connection. However, this has become so frequent that i can barely use the gimbal anymore because it will not stay connected to the app!!!!! What a shame, the gimbal is pretty good for the money, at least it has everything i need on it for am amateur vlogger. I think i will have to return it, even if its outside of the returns window as its really not "fit for purpose".

1 ★I have purchased Hohem iSteady Mobile Plus and installed the App. Connected with gimbal in mobile Bluetooth and in app bluetooth. I have tried with Redmi Note 4 and Samsung m31. Following function isn't working in app 1. In app Panorama 180 degree and 360 degree not working. 2. Object tracking in app is not working. 3. Face tracking in app is not working. 4. Live option isn't working. 5. If I update gimbal settings in he app, settings isn't saved. Other function are working fine. Please suggest.
1 ★Terrible! This app and gimbal worked pretty well before the update. Now... the Bluetooth connection drops after 5 to 10 seconds. I've uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. I'll be contacting Amazon for a refund and to send this overpriced paperweight back if it's not fixed ASAP!

1 ★I am very disappointed about buying the I steady pro3 gimbal for gopro because it is impossible to pair it with samsung 10 plus through hohem app.every time i connect it to Bluetooth ,it lasts for 1minute and then it disconnect by it self.

2 ★Couldn't figure out why my phone wouldn't connect to the gimbal, but then I finally figured out 1) your location has to be on and 2) the app may not open to the right product - make sure to swipe left or right to the right product, it does not automatically detect the device; it has to be on the right product or the device won't show up. 1 ★This app sucks! When will it be fixed? Every time I try to use it with the gimbal it doesn't record video. Garbage company
3 ★The new app works OK, together with the iSteady Multi. At least making a connection is no problem. Recording in the app also seems to work. But I haven't been able to really test everything, because of a problem with the gimbal. The biggest issue I have is with the current firmware version 1.04 of the iSteady Multi. The gimbal is going berzerk when switched on (and I've read many many similar comments). They really should make available a new firmware for this gimbal.
3 ★The app has some really great and usable features, but the coolest parts of the app like motion lapse, panorama and facetracking are super inconsistent. I'm not sure if it's a motor issue or the app's bluetooth communication with the gimbal, but the motor will jerk in small increments as it pans through automated shots. Hohem, you came so close to perfection, then faceplanted in the app.
