1 ★Je réserve une place de parking à Marseille. La rue d'accès au parking était fermée pour travaux depuis des mois. Aucun itinéraire alternatif. Zenpark m'a vendu un service inexistant ou frauduleux. J'ai perdu 15 minutes à ne pas pouvoir accéder au parking Puis j'ai perdu 15 minutes pour trouver un autre parking Puis j'ai manqué mon train à gare saint Charles Marseille Le service inexistant de Zenpark m'a coûté 350 euros. Suite à votre réponse, votre produit déficient m'a coûté 350 euro
2 ★Mise en garde. Entreprise qui semble vouloir voler ses clients et les prendre pour des imbéciles. Faites attention à leur pratique : à la fin de votre prestation, ils font semblant que votre véhicule n'est pas sorti du garage en vous menaçant de vous prélever des frais supplémentaires. Autrement dit ils vous forcent à les contacter : ils n'ont pas de ligne téléphonique directe et un simple chat robot inutile... Go concurrence !
1 ★An absolute shitshow. Let me paint you a little picture: You enter a garage in Nice to wash your car. You don't know about Zenparking. The garage has no network, so you cant download the app. You have no code to open the security doors. Through some help, you go out, download the app, try to add the payment method: nothing is accepted. If you try to do something so important, then HAVE A BACKUP PLAN, YOU EFFING DOUCHES.
1 ★Terrible, can't make an account due to a registration glitch where it will not accept any phone number as valid. No way to use the app or pay for parking in advance otherwise. Completely useless.

5 ★J'utilise ZenPark pour la première fois. Pour entrer dans le parking C'était très facile, et puis c'était un peu difficile d'en sortir. La raison est que le signal mobile n'est pas disponible au sous-sol. Puis avec l’aide d’une autre personne présente. Je suis sorti. Après avoir reçu un signal mobile à l'extérieur, j'ai enregistré la sortie du parking par e-mail, Merci
1 ★Si vous venez de l'étranger (Canada), n'utilisez pas cette application. Il faut entrer un numéro temporaire, ensuite l'option pour ajouter la carte de crédit en meme temps que la réservation ne fonctionne pas, j'ai dû appeler le numero d'urgence pour qu'ils m'informent de d'abord entrer la carte au compte, ensuite tenter la réservation. Surprise ca n'a pas fonctionné nomplus. Nous somme restez pris dans le garage plus d'une heure et avons du demander a la sécurité des lieux pour sortir. 0 🌟
