2 ★The app is slow even on high speed internet connection. While adding or deleting items from cart the page refresh automatically and the list appears from the start which is time consuming.
1 ★I am not able to select few items of my choice because the quantity of order is showing 1gm instead of 1 number. As a result I am getting an error message saying item cannot be added to cart as the quantity exceeded the limit. For example, if I select Amul dark chocolate sugar free pack 140gm pack, when I select quantity, it shows 1gm instead of 1 no. And the maximum quantity you can select is 10 gm, whereas the net weight of the item is 140gm. So not able to add item to cart.
1 ★Very BAD experience On the rice section I'm not able to add the preferable kg when I give 5kg on cart it comes as 0 or 1 kg whenever I try to add more the cart completely get disabled. And I'm not getting the item as I ordered. Hope you will look into it and make a change. Thank you.
1 ★App doesn't display pincodes or let manually enter the same. App doesn't show local offers. For instance Tirunelveli branch had 50% on MRP between 30th Sep to 2nd Oct. While checkout, always shows "we are facing some trouble completing your request. Please try again shortly." Have been trying since morning and no luck. Please setup a bug reporting feature.

1 ★Worst service and the prices are different from online price and billing price. Delivery is too late . Worst relationship with customer.
1 ★This is such a $!##? app. every other screen takes eternity load. not easy to navigate. trying to find a product and adding to basket is a himalayan task. Their advertised offers never available on this app. Very user unfriendly design
1 ★Ordered vegetables 24 hrs before. Still havent received the order . couldnt reach them. No proper details of prompt delivery. They will give delivery for next year only.

1 ★App doesn't function to register properly even after giving OTPs. Tried multiple times to login but basic functionality doesn't work.
1 ★Not able to pay either on the website or the app. Both are also super slow and it took me literally an hour to fill my cart, only to be told at the end that "invalid amount, error 3" Please fix this.
4 ★Prices are very low compared with other shops. Fruits and grocery prices are low. Customer care girls are checking with us for any additional orders before billing. It's good experience with customer care girls. But Getting worst experience in delivery. I got delivery despatch message at 3.30 PM but I got my ordered items at 9.15 PM. In addition some items are not able to order need to improve app quality.
