這時候出現在走投無路的美優面前的，是一個有著拉丁風外貌的高佻男子。美優在他的推薦下，得以住進一間不需保證人的房子。
當美優沒有任何選擇餘地而立刻決定入住時，發現他介紹給她的是位於白金台的高級合租公寓。
