Il Roma Club Forlì nasce in data 22.11.2003 nella sede di via Don Minzoni n.35, Forlì , grazie all’iniziativa di Fabio Ceccarelli che ha chiamato a raccolta i tifosi romanisti della nostra città. Il Roma Club Forlì è stato inaugurato con il taglio del nastro (ovviamente giallorosso) effettuato da Donna Flora Viola che ha reso indimenticabile una cerimonia di inaugurazione svolta alla presenza dell’infaticabile Presidente UTR Fabrizio Grassetti (nostro punto di riferimento e costante presenza nella nascita e crescita del Club), dell’ex calciatore giallorosso Massimo Agostini e del Sindaco di Forlì, Dott. Rusticali .Nel mese di marzo 2006 è avvenuto un cambio di consegne : Fabio Ceccarelli è rimasto presidente onorario del Club , mentre Alessandro Pinzari è divenuto presidente.
