El reto de correr nace con el objetivo de que todas las personas que quieren iniciarse o que practican “Running” o Atletismo de una manera no guiada tengan a su disposición los medios humanos y los conocimientos para poderlo hacer de forma segura y eficaz.El reto de correr estudia tus objetivos o retos, tus características personales y disponibilidad, elabora un entrenamiento personalizado y adaptado y, lo más importante, realiza un seguimiento continuo.
La plataforma te va a permitir, estar en contacto permanente con el entrenador y reportarle un feedback de tus entrenamientos, si lo consideras necesario.
Es relativamente fácil acceder a entrenamientos genéricos para diferentes distancias y objetivos. Sin embargo, éstos ignoran las capacidades y diferencias individuales de cada persona. Esta falta de adaptación y personalización puede hacer que, por mucho que le dediques no consigas tus objetivos. O lo que es mucho peor, te ponen en una situación de riesgo de lesión o en situaciones de riesgo para la salud.
El contacto permanente entre runner y entrenador va a permitir que el entrenamiento “sea algo vivo”.
Los entrenamientos personalizados están orientados a carreras de 10k, ½ Maratón y Maratón. Además, en el Reto de Correr podemos ayudarte con la preparación de cualquier otra disciplina o distancia que quieras afrontar.
Del mismo modo, si eres un runner o atleta con experiencia que entrenas con regularidad, te ofrecemos la posibilidad de planificar tu temporada de forma continua y con distintos objetivos a lo largo de la misma.
